Weighing The Options

New Life Hiking Spa is known as one of the top weight-loss spas in the United States for men and women. In January 2010 and again in January 2011, MSNBC named it one of the top fitness vacations in the world. It was recently named a top-10 weight-loss spa by Shape Magazine, one of four great weight loss spas by Health Magazine, and the top spa in New England by Spas of America. It also won for best in weight loss, hiking and affordability at SpaFinder’s Readers’ Choice Awards.
The spa’s focus on weight loss comes from a holistic approach to wellness. Staff use a non-clinical approach to weight loss, inspiring guests to become active in a idyllic setting, which features breathtaking mountain views, clean air and lush greenery and to sample a wide variety of tasty and wholesome foods.

If you’re thinking about booking a trip to New Life Hiking Spa, act fast. It’s open now through October; otherwise, you’ll have to wait until May 2012 to experience all the Green Mountains and this top-rated fitness spa have to offer.
